The Malthurst Retail Group approached Studio One to create a new name and brand identity to freshen the look of their long established convenience stores and unify them as a brand.
The name Hursts was developed from a portion of their existing name, Malthurst. The new name ‘Hursts’ has a family owned, established feel to it, this is complimented by the tag line ‘A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING’ which sums the entire convenience store offering up, in one short, simple and effective message.
Studio One went on to design and manufacture illuminated exterior signage, point of sale display items, interior graphics, specialist window vinyls, posters, health and safety signage and bespoke signage trays to advertise Costa Express which has been rolled out across the country.
